Question by AXOLOTL: Is it true that I should stop having sex or masturbating if I start working out and I want to get buff?
I wanted to start a new training regime to get more muscle tone and mass, and I heard from a friend that if I want to achieve this, I can't masturbate or even have sex for a while. Is this true, and if it is, why?
